What is your shipping charge?
Tutorials are sent via PDF at, of course, no charge. All else ships anywhere in the USA for $4.50. If your package weighs more than 13 ounces, your shipping will be upgraded to USPS Priority Shipping at no additional cost to you! We are currently working on international shipping capabilities but at this date do not offer it.
What is your return policy?
All purchases of tutorials and finished jewelry are final. If beads are not as you expected, we will work with you to satisfy your needs with an exchange. We want you to be a satisfied customer, so never hesitate to reach out to us with your comments!
Do you have a physical store?
As of March 13, our shop, Gahanna Bead Studio, closed its doors so that Helen could retire and focus her energies on creative endeavors. We are now a virtual store only. Gahanna Bead Studio enjoyed nearly 20 years of business in the central Columbus area before retiring.
Do you offer free tutorials?
We offer free tutorials by Puca Annick, graciously offered by Les perles par Puca® to any customer. The link is available on the Shop page.
What payment options do you offer?
We currently offer payment through PayPal.com. PayPal is a secure service that allows you to use a balance you may have on account, or you may use a credit card. You do not have to have a PayPal account to check out through their service.
What if an item is out of stock?
If something accidentally sells out and quantities for some reason are incorrect on the website, you will immediately be refunded any product we don’t ship. We do not track back orders.
What is your privacy policy?
We treasure your privacy as much as we do our own and will never share your email, credit card information, physical address, or any other information about you to others! We will not spam you with emails, we will not trade on information about you for any reason whatsoever! We take this responsibility very seriously.
